- 10:30 – 10:45 – Break
- 10:45 – 12:30 – Wrestling
- 12:30 – 1:30 – Lunch
- 1:30 – 4:00 – Drills / Wrestling
- 4:00 – 4:30 – Cleanup
- 4:30 – 5:00 – Daily Recap
Food and drinks will be provided.
Friday afternoon, a service project will be completed in the 1:30 – 4:00 time slot.
