Our church is a gathering of ordinary people who’ve been changed by the extraordinary good news of Jesus. Now, we live as followers of Jesus Christ with a desire to fill Angier and the world with love-filled, faith-filled, hope-filled Christ followers. Be part of God’s beautiful anthem.

Chili & Soup Cookoff

2nd Annual chili & soup cookoff

Soups, stews, chili, and grilled cheese—what could be better? Join us for an evening of great food, friendly competition, and fellowship!

Think your chili or soup has what it takes to win? Bring your best recipe and put it to the test! Prizes will be awarded for the best chili and the best soup. 

Not competing? We’d love for you to bring side dishes, fixins, desserts, or anything else that goes well with a warm bowl of soup or chili. (These won’t be judged—just enjoyed!)

Church is about community, and there’s nothing quite like gathering around the table together—with a little friendly competition thrown in.
